Nosu Ramen is a Japanese restaurant at 700 12th St in downtown Golden, about a block from Coors Brewery. The shop builds its menu on traditional Japanese fare with playful twists and a cozy, casual feel that suits families, students and locals.
The menu includes shareable small plates such as bao buns, rotating seasonal ramen bowls, tuna poke and crispy chicken katsu. The restaurant opened in February 2020, founded by Brandon Bortles and Noah Heaney, who also run Abejas and Miners Saloon. Reservations are accepted, and the menu is available on the website.
