Dark Heart Coffee Bar is a specialty coffee shop and roastery at 419 N Jefferson Ave in Loveland, Colorado. It began in 2015 as a handcrafted mobile cart at events around downtown Loveland and opened its brick-and-mortar cafe in June 2017.
The team roasts small batches, offering signature blends and single-origin coffees. It says it sources beans from farms that meet or exceed organic standards, even where certification is too costly for the growers. Beyond the cafe, you can order ahead online, reserve a spot, or sign up for coffee subscriptions with cafe pickup. The shop also sells merchandise and home-brew equipment.
