La Belle Rosette is a family-owned coffee house at 2423 S University Blvd in Denver, named for the owner's grandmothers, Mae Rose and Jeanette. Owner-operator Scott Gilsdorf, a certified wine sommelier with more than twenty years of food service experience, specializes in pastries and desserts.
