District Elleven is a 21-and-up cocktail and whiskey bar at 218 N Tejon St in downtown Colorado Springs, set behind T-Byrd's Tacos & Tequila. Guests can enter through the vault inside T-Byrd's by asking the host, or from the back alley, and should be ready to show ID.
The bar serves a menu of classic small plates and entrees, and catering is available. Its event spaces carry a 1920s Prohibition theme and are offered for private parties and gatherings, including wedding receptions. Weekday happy hour runs from 4 to 6 pm.
