Dos Dos is a counter-style Mexican spot at 131 N Tejon St in Colorado Springs, run by the Wallenta family. They describe their food as Mexican-inspired bites made from scratch every day, a nod to the Taco Night dinners their mother, who was born in Mexico City, made when they were kids.
