Description
Mechitas is a food truck at 3602 Manhattan Ave in Fort Collins, serving Mexican food built around family recipes. The truck is run by Doña Meche and her family, who say they bring more than 30 years of cooking experience to traditional flavors from Mexico. Because it's a food truck, locations can change.
The menu centers on Mexican tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas. Mechitas also offers catering for birthday parties, baptisms, quinceañeras, weddings and business events, plus delivery. Check the website for the menu and to ask about catering dates.
