The Little Bird Bake Shop

The Little Bird Bake Shop is a from-scratch bakery in Fort Collins, run by pastry chef Amy Corliss. The pastry case includes bostock, brioche cinnamon rolls, canelé, croissants, scones, cookies and brownies, along with some gluten-less and vegan choices. Everything is baked fresh each morning, and the shop notes that items can sell out during the day.

The light breakfast and lunch menu has toasts, quiche, granola, a curried turkey salad and a seasonal soup served with sourdough. Drinks include handcrafted coffee drinks made with locally roasted coffee, chai, lavender lemonade, and wine, beer and cider. Online ordering is available, and cakes and pies can be ordered ahead.
