Description
Pig and Tiger is a Taiwanese restaurant at 2200 California St. in Denver, run by co-chefs and co-owners Darren Chang and Travis Masar. The name comes from their Chinese zodiac signs, the Pig and the Tiger. The kitchen draws on Chang's memories of Taiwanese home cooking and Masar's experience with several Asian cuisines.
The menu covers traditional classics, modern favorites and new interpretations of Taiwanese flavors, made with local Colorado products. The restaurant also sells jars of its house chili crisp.
