Description
Uchiko Denver is a contemporary Japanese restaurant at 299 Fillmore St in Denver's Cherry Creek area, part of the Uchi family founded by Chef Tyson Cole. Uchiko takes a more fire-driven approach than its sibling, adding smoke and char to fresh, clean flavors.
The kitchen turns out sushi and sashimi, including bluefin nigiri, alongside hearth-roasted dishes such as lobster with tom kha. Dessert includes a s'mores plate with toasted barley and black sesame.
