The Rose

The Rose is a locally owned bakery, bar and restaurant on Main Street in Edwards, Colorado. The kitchen builds a seasonal menu around locally sourced ingredients, with a global streak: Korean fried chicken wings, avocado fries, tacos, banh mi, ramen and poke bowls sit alongside salads and veggie-forward plates. The restaurant says almost every dish can be made vegan or gluten-free, and a bakery case near the door holds macarons.

The space is small and cozy, built with reclaimed wood, and seats around 31 to 33 inside, with patio seating in warmer months. The bar pours craft cocktails, and a daily happy hour runs in the late afternoon. Groups and catering are available, including dessert catering for weddings and parties; parties over 14 require a full restaurant buyout.
