Dio Mio

Dio Mio is a casual Italian restaurant at 3264 Larimer St. in Denver's RiNo neighborhood, built around fresh, handmade pasta. Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura opened it in 2016, drawing on fine-dining backgrounds to mix traditional Italian dishes with contemporary ones. A pasta-production table sits at the center of the 1,500-square-foot dining room.

The menu rotates, with a few traditional Italian items and more experimental dishes alongside creative share plates. The drink list covers wine, espresso drinks, craft beer, and a small selection of cocktails and Italian spirits. Online ordering is available, and a monthly Pasta Club offers handmade pasta kits to cook at home. The restaurant does not take reservations but runs a waitlist.
