Ginger and Baker

Ginger and Baker sits in a restored 1905 grain mill on Linden Street in Fort Collins. The property brings together several spaces: The Cafe, The Cache steakhouse, a market and bakery, a teaching kitchen, and event rooms. The founders say the whole place comes back to pie.

The Cafe serves breakfast all day alongside lunch and dinner, with biscuits and gravy, fried chicken, chicken pot pie, house-baked pies and pie milkshakes on the menu. Seasonal soups and salads change with the harvest, and some dishes are gluten-free. The kitchen also hosts cooking classes, and the venue offers online ordering, reservations, catering and private event spaces for weddings and business gatherings.
