Stronghouse Brew Pub

Stronghouse Brew Pub is a brewery and restaurant at 283 S Fir St in downtown Telluride, set in a stone building that dates to 1892. The brewery makes its own beer on site, with a rotating tap list that includes lagers, ales and IPAs, and the bar also pours cocktails, wine and alcohol-free options.

The menu leans toward elevated comfort food: a warm Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, Colorado-made brats including an elk jalapeño cheddar version, mac and cheese, salads, grain bowls and sandwiches. There is a vegan sausage option and a heated patio, and kids are welcome. Takeout, online ordering and catering are available, and the restaurant says it does not take reservations.
