Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar

Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar is a cocktail bar at 301 E Hopkins Ave in Aspen, opened in 2016 under local ownership. The bar focuses on bespoke cocktails, from classic builds to inventive riffs, along with rare spirits, a small selection of beer and wine, and a few small bites. It describes itself as a living room, only more fun.

The menu features seasonal and signature drinks such as a Manhattan riff, a mezcal cocktail with habanero honey, a gin and tonic that changes each season, and an espresso martini, plus a reserve list of rare whiskeys and cognacs.
