Description
Nightingale Bread is a bakery at 2727 N Cascade Ave #165 in Colorado Springs. It opened in 2017 in a converted classroom of the old Lincoln Elementary School and has grown from a one-person operation into a team of bread bakers, pastry makers and sandwich makers.
The bakery mills organic Colorado grains in-house on a stone mill for most of its flour. Its traditional breads are made with plenty of water, natural leavening and long fermentations, then given a full bake. Call the shop or check the website for current offerings.
