Brynmor Coffee

Brynmor Coffee is a Lakewood coffee shop at 1480 Carr St, run by owners Lacey Cullum and Amy Gounaris. The shop roasts its own beans and pours lattes, herbal teas and bubbly drinks. The name is Welsh for "large hill," a nod to Lacey's heritage and the owners' shared love of the mountains.

The food menu covers breakfast burritos, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, coconut chia bowls and quiche, followed by paninis, wraps, salads and homemade soups at lunch. A pastry case stocks goods from small Colorado bakeries, including gluten-free and vegan options, and a grab-and-go shelf offers local snacks, sodas and kombucha. The kitchen uses organic, local and seasonal ingredients when it can, so the menu changes from time to time.
