The Pantry, Green Mt. Falls, Co

The Pantry is a long-running breakfast and lunch restaurant on the west shore of Gazebo Lake in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado. It opened in the early 1950s as a bakery, later added a grill and dining room, and has become a gathering spot for locals and visitors across generations.

The menu leans on traditional American comfort food made with ingredients from local farms. Signature items include cinnamon roll French toast, biscuits and gravy with country potatoes, a build-your-own omelet and the Colossal Burger, with breakfast available all day. Seating is at the counter, in the dining room or on the patio. From June through August, the creekside Pantry Gardens hosts an all-you-can-eat Cowboy Breakfast Buffet on weekends with live local entertainment and a full bar. Reservations are accepted.
