Juniper Valley Ranch

Juniper Valley Ranch is a family-run restaurant at 16350 Highway 115, about 15 miles south of Colorado Springs, in a historic adobe house on a century-old ranch homestead. The family has served the same menu since 1951: skillet fried chicken and baked ham, with Friday chicken fried steak and Sunday Nashville hot chicken as night specials.

Dinner is served family-style and comes with riced potatoes and cream gravy, homemade biscuits with apple butter, cole slaw, okra casserole, a choice of curry consommé or cherry cider, and a dessert such as a sundae or the rotating homemade dessert. Beer, wine and cocktails are available, along with a children's entree and takeout dinners.
