RICE Bistro and Sushi

RICE Bistro & Sushi is a pan-Asian restaurant and sushi bar at 5922 S Holly St in Greenwood Village, near Orchard and Holly in the Denver Technical Center. The menu draws on several traditions, with dishes such as Hot & Sour Soup, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp Tempura, Crispy Coconut Shrimp, Chicken Rice Paper Rolls and modern-style sashimi. The restaurant says it receives seafood shipments several times a week.

The dining room is finished in natural stone, wood and glass, and there is a full bar with a large flat-screen TV. A private dining area can be used for business meetings, celebrations or large family gatherings.
