Rincon Argentino

Rincon Argentino is an Argentine restaurant at 2525 Arapahoe Ave in Boulder, built around hand-made, baked empanadas. The menu runs from steak, chicken and ground beef fillings to spinach, mushroom, sweet corn and a vegan version made with Beyond meat. Milanesa and lomito sandwiches, choripan, salads, and gluten-free empanada pies round out the offerings, with dulce de leche alfajores, flan and mini sweet empanadas for dessert.

The restaurant describes its cooking as made from scratch daily with fresh, local ingredients, and says its founder, a Buenos Aires native and trained chef, sources locally raised natural meats.
