Description
Cafe Aion is a neighborhood restaurant at 1235 Pennsylvania Ave on The Hill in Boulder, opened in 2010 in a historic building. The kitchen draws on the bistros and restaurants of Spain and France, with a menu of small plates and larger dishes that changes daily with what is seasonal and fresh.
Paella is a signature, made for two or four people, alongside tapas, burgers, steak frites and braised dishes. Brunch is served, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free items are marked on the menu, and happy hour runs weekday afternoons, all night on Tuesdays. Reservations, online ordering for pickup and delivery, private events and catering are all available.
