La Croissanterie Denver

La Croissanterie Denver is a French bakery at 5405 E 33rd Ave in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood, set inside Ruby's Good Shoes. Pastry Chef Rafael de Jesus Rufino bakes croissants and other laminated pastries using traditional French techniques and imported French butter. The menu includes butter, almond, pistachio and hazelnut croissants, chocolatines, kouign-amann, and a Romeo & Juliet pastry that pairs guava and cheese.

On weekends the bakery adds French baguettes, sourdough, and brioche buns, along with limited Chef's Whim pastries made only on Saturdays and Sundays. The bakery says its pastries often sell out early on weekends, so ordering online for pickup or delivery is a good option. Takeout, delivery and catering trays are available, as are custom orders for special occasions.
