Description
The Heart Distillery is a craft distillery and tasting room at 6461 Highway 392 in Windsor, Colorado. It opened in August 2018 under the same roof as High Hops Brewery and The Windsor Gardener, and the family-owned business makes gin, bourbon and other whiskey, vodka, rum and absinthe.
The drink menu features cocktails built on its own spirits, along with spirit pours, cocktail and spirit flights, Colorado Spiked Seltzer, and house-made non-alcoholic root beer, cream soda and lemonade. Bottles are sold in 750ml, with some gin available in 375ml.
