Description
Pelo's Deli and Provisions is a deli at 630 Main St in downtown Longmont, Colorado, drawing on European flavors and classic American deli traditions. The owner, Kim Brain, built it on the cooking she grew up with at her family's Valona Market in Northern California.
The menu centers on hot and cold sandwiches, including a Chicago beef, a meatball sub, a Reuben, a muffuletta and a pork banh mi, plus house-made soups, fresh salads and deli salads sold by the pound. Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh, and the marinara and meatballs are made in house. Cocktails are also served. You can order online, reserve a table or a group party, and book deli trays for catering.
