Zino

Zino Ristorante serves contemporary Italian cuisine in the Vail Valley from The Riverwalk at 27 Main Street in Edwards. The family-owned restaurant describes itself as a small Italian trattoria, with handmade pastas, brick oven pizzas and antipasti such as housemade burrata and skillet roasted mussels. The menu changes with the seasons, and the wine list leans toward Tuscan and Piemontese bottles.

Executive chef and co-owner Nick Haley trained in Paris and Piemonte, Italy. The restaurant first opened in the 1990s and returned in 2010. Guests can dine in, use the upstairs bar and lounge, or sit on the creekside patio. Reservations, takeout and online ordering are available, along with catering and event hosting.
