Description
Happy Endings Caboose Cafe is a coffee shop and cafe in a restored 1920s railroad caboose at 403 Water St in Canon City, next to the Royal Gorge Route's Santa Fe Depot. It is one location of the EAT HAPPY brand. The menu covers espresso drinks, breakfast burritos and sandwiches, crepes, burgers, a chicken panini, salads, and ice cream by the scoop.
The cafe also pours cocktails, wine, and Colorado craft beer. Guests can sit at shaded outdoor tables or inside the caboose itself.
