Golden Pine Chinese Restaurant is a family-run Chinese restaurant on US Highway 285 in Pine, Colorado. The owners say their recipes go back more than 35 years, to a restaurant their parents opened in San Francisco in 1985, and that this is their third Chinese restaurant in Colorado. It opened in March 2020.
The menu includes fried rice, lo mein, sweet and sour dishes, Kung Pao and Szechuan-style plates, and appetizers like coconut shrimp and salt and pepper calamari. The kitchen says it does not use MSG, uses white meat in its chicken dishes, and can prepare gluten-free items with its white sauce and gluten-free soy sauce. Dine-in, takeout and online ordering are available.
