Dry Dock Brewing Co. – North Dock is a brewery and restaurant at 2801 Tower Rd in Aurora, Colorado. Dry Dock opened in 2005 as Aurora's first craft brewery, growing out of the homebrew shop The Brew Hut. The beer lineup is built around fruit, including an apricot blonde, an apricot sour, a blood orange blonde and a tropical sour, along with a vanilla porter and a seasonal apricot IPA. Cocktails are on offer too.
The menu includes a Sunday brunch, a Monday burger-and-beer special, a Thursday wing night and a happy hour on Sunday through Thursday evenings. Catering is available, and the website has the full menu.
