Loyal Coffee

Loyal Coffee is a barista-built specialty coffee company that roasts its own beans in Colorado Springs. This Northgate cafe at 11550 Ridgeline Dr is one of two locations, alongside a downtown cafe. The menu covers espresso drinks, pour overs, cold brew, kombucha, and iced teas, with Irish coffee and mimosas also offered.

Food leans toward breakfast, including toast with spreads, avocado toast, a soft boiled egg on toast, a breakfast sandwich with optional ham or bacon, and a yogurt granola bowl with fruit. The cafe is open daily from 6am to 7pm, and reservations are accepted.
