Rotolo’s Craft and Crust

Rotolo's Craft & Crust is a pizza-focused restaurant at 140 Ida Belle Dr. in Dillon, one location of a Gulf South brand that began as Rotolo's Pizzeria in Baton Rouge in 1996. The Craft & Crust concept followed in 2016, built around a scratch kitchen, dough made fresh daily at each location, and homemade sauces.

The menu includes Detroit-style pizzas with a buttery, airy crust and crispy frico, such as a pepperoni version and a sausage and ricotta pie. Starters range from meatballs in red gravy to spinach and artichoke dip, hummus with garlic flatbread, and several styles of cheesesticks. The brand says its restaurants pour 30-plus beers on tap. Wings and online ordering are available.
