Description
Monolith Brewing is a nanobrewery at 1290 S Broadway in Denver's Platt Park neighborhood. The brewery says it uses local barley, wheat and yeast, runs paperless, and gives 1% of its revenue to the Brew Like a Girl Scholarship Fund, which supports women pursuing brewing science.
Beyond beer, the taproom has wine and liquor offerings and a food program of craft bites meant to pair with the brews. A recurring event lineup includes bluegrass jams, team trivia, live music and comedy nights, and catering is available.
