RxR’s Texas Tacos & BBQ

RxR's Texas Tacos & BBQ is a Texas-style barbecue and taco business with a Littleton address on West Littleton Boulevard. The owners, from San Antonio and Austin, describe their cooking as Texas Hill Country fare brought to Colorado. They say they cure, season and smoke their own meats, including brisket, chorizo, breakfast sausage and bacon, and make their own sauces.

The business now focuses on corporate and private catering, with pickup and delivery available. Its website says it no longer serves individual tacos on a regular basis but still appears at select farmers markets. Takeout and breakfast are also listed, and the kitchen is in Denver.
