Odd Bird Baking Co

Odd Bird Baking Co. is a wholesale bakery in Durango, Colorado, with no storefront. Its pastries and cookies are sold through local coffee shops, cafes and markets, including Still Life Coffee, Lost Fox Coffee, Sunnyside Market and Durango Natural Foods. The bakery also has a seasonal presence at the Durango Farmers Market.

Everything is made from scratch with organic, Colorado-grown flours, and the offerings shift with the seasons, from fruit and florals in summer to warm spice and citrus in winter. Rachel started the bakery in Longmont in 2017 and moved it to Durango in 2019, where it began with weekend pastry boxes delivered to doorsteps.
