Description
Menya Briargate is the Colorado Springs location of Menya Ramen, a Japanese noodle and poke restaurant at 1645 Briargate Parkway. The menu centers on ramen, including pork belly, spicy miso, tantan and chicken curry styles, along with udon, poke bowls and rice bowls.
Small plates include bao buns, gyoza, shumai, edamame, seaweed salad and hand rolls. Diners can build their own poke bowl by choosing a base, protein, sauce and toppings. The restaurant says it is quick-service, does not take reservations and welcomes walk-ins. Online ordering is available for pick-up, and delivery runs through UberEats. The Menya brand was founded by Colorado chef JW Lee and says it uses family recipes.
