Las Potrancas Mexican Restaurant is a family-owned Mexican restaurant with four Colorado locations: two in Arvada, one in Littleton, and this one at 19600 Solar Cir in Parker. The owner, a chef, started the restaurant to build a family legacy around traditional recipes.
