Wibby Brewing is a craft lager brewery and taproom at 209 Emery St in Longmont, Colorado. The brewery says it pairs traditional German brewing methods with American techniques, using German malts, Pacific Northwest hops and Rocky Mountain water. Its lineup includes Volksbier Vienna, Home Team Pilsner, Sloth Pour Pils and Moondoor Dunkel.
The taproom is open seven days a week, with a large biergarten, patios and an open-air pavilion that hosts live music and festivals. Families are welcome, and leashed dogs are allowed. Reservations and catering are available.
