Description
Old Colorado Brewing Company is a craft brewery and tasting room in Wellington, Colorado. The family-run brewery says it opened in 1989 as one of the first micro-breweries in the state, with founder Joseph Neckel, a certified German Brew Master, using family recipes. The taproom pours its own beers alongside guest taps, house and Wine Project wines, ciders, seltzers and a long list of non-alcoholic options.
The kitchen keeps things simple, with Bavarian pretzel sticks, chips with salsa or queso, pulled pork wontons and Rocky Mountain pizzas. Food trucks visit on scheduled nights, and the taproom hosts weekly trivia and music bingo. Catering is available, and the website has the full menu.
