Farm And Market is a hydroponic farm, market and restaurant under one roof at 2401 Larimer Street in Denver's RiNo neighborhood. The kitchen builds its menu around greens grown on site, with house salads such as the Lotus, Orange & Beet and Demeter's Harvest, plus soups and handheld wraps.
The market side stocks the farm's own produce, items made in house and more than 120 Colorado-made grocery products. The owners, brothers Davis (head farmer) and Austin (chef), run it together. Online ordering is available if you'd rather take your meal home.
