Description
Uchi Denver is a Japanese sushi restaurant at 2500 Lawrence Street in the RiNo Art District, part of the Uchi family founded by chef Tyson Cole. The restaurant opened in the River North Art District in 2018. The menu leans on nigiri, sashimi and rolls, along with cool and hot tastings, tempura and desserts.
Reservations are accepted and walk-ins are welcome, and patio seating is offered when the weather allows. A happy hour runs daily, and the restaurant offers private dining for corporate events, birthdays and other gatherings, plus catering for offsite events.
