Culinary Wave

Culinary Wave is a family-owned catering company at 1455 Newland St in Denver, founded in 2006 by Executive Chef Jeff Elder and his mother Janet. The team cooks from scratch and builds custom menus drawing on African, Jamaican, Indian, American Deep South, Traditional American, British, Mexican, Italian, German and French cuisines. It makes its own sauces and seasoning blends and serves corporate and private events, with a 20-guest minimum.

Service styles include buffets, plated meals, action stations, hors d'oeuvres, boxed lunches and dessert buffets, along with breakfast and break menus for all-day meetings. Menus can be adapted for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, vegan and vegetarian needs. Orders can be placed online, and the company delivers across Colorado.
