Description
Cerebral Brewing – Aurora Arts is the Aurora Arts District taproom of Cerebral Brewing, a Denver craft brewery founded in 2015 that describes its approach to beer as scientific. The taproom is a spacious, modern space pouring a wide mix of styles, including foeder-fermented lagers, hazy IPAs, fruited sours, an oak-aged wild ale, a coconut almond stout, hard seltzer and non-alcoholic options. Gluten-free beers from another brewery are also available. This location is at 9990 E Colfax Ave.
Food trucks visit from Friday to Sunday, and guests are welcome to bring their own food. Families and well-behaved dogs are welcome inside, with children under 21 supervised at all times. The brewery also hosts monthly brewery tours of its production facility, takes reservations for groups and private events, and offers catering and online ordering for takeout.
