Satire Brewing Company is a family-owned nano-brewery and brewpub at 13801 Grant St Unit 572 in Thornton, Colorado. It brews small batches on a 3-barrel system, with a rotating lineup of beers, plus seltzers, cider, wine and a cocktail menu. The restaurant says it typically has around 30 beers on tap, from IPAs and stouts to fruit-infused ales.

Food comes from The Loaded Squirrel, the in-house kitchen, which serves appetizers and stuffed squirrels made with locally sourced meats, cheeses and homemade bread.
