Tamale Kitchen is a family-run Mexican restaurant known for hand-made tamales in red, green chile or veggie flavors. The business traces its tamale recipe to the founders' grandparents, began by selling door to door in 1980, and opened its first restaurant in Lakewood in 1981. Today it has eight locations around the Denver metro area, and this one is on South Wadsworth Boulevard in Littleton.
