Abos Pizza

Abo's Pizza makes New York-style pizza with hand-tossed dough made fresh each day and baked on bricks in deck ovens rather than conveyor ovens. The restaurant says its sauce follows a Rocky Graziano family recipe it has used since the first shop opened near CU Boulder in 1977, and it tops pies with 100% skim mozzarella. Pizzas come in 12-, 16- and 18-inch sizes, with large slices cut from 20-inch pies, and gluten-free crust is offered in the 12- and 16-inch sizes.
