Tokyo Joe’s

Tokyo Joe's is a fast-casual Japanese and Asian-inspired restaurant that started in Colorado in 1996. The menu centers on sushi rolls, poke bowls, rice and noodle bowls, salads and small bites like spring rolls, potstickers and edamame. Signature bowls include a Thai noodle bowl, a teriyaki chicken bowl and a build-your-own option, and there is a kids menu. The restaurant says it grills or steams its food rather than using deep fryers.

This location is at 6642 Timberline Rd in Littleton. Takeout, delivery, online ordering and catering are available, including bowl and poke bars, bento boxes and sushi platters.
