La Baguette is a French bakery and cafe at 2417 W Colorado Ave in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs. The bakery makes artisan breads and pastries in the French tradition, and the cafe serves breakfast, lunch and early dinner, including homemade soups, salads and sandwiches. French onion soup is the house specialty. The kitchen prepares its dishes from scratch and takes special orders for holiday and occasion sweets.
Upstairs, a wine bar pours more than 70 wines by the glass, imported beers and a full list of spirits and cocktails, with shared plates and house-made pastries. It is open Thursday through Saturday evenings. Groups of six or more can request reservations, and the room can be booked for private events.
