Lala's Bakery is a locally Latina-owned, home-style bakery at 1427 Elmira St in Aurora. It was started by former bakers from The Market at Larimer Square after that cafe closed, and it makes cakes and cupcakes to order rather than mass producing them.
The menu covers round and sheet cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes and gluten-free cakes, in flavors such as carrot, red velvet and the Spring Fling zucchini cake carried over from the Market. Orders are placed ahead of time through the online order form for pickup or delivery.
