Description
Proto's Pizza is a Colorado pizza restaurant that opened its first location in Longmont in November 1999. Founder Pam Proto, who moved to Colorado from Boston, set out to make the thin-crust, bubbly and charred style of pizza she missed from the East Coast. The brand now has locations across the Front Range, and this one is at 489 US Highway 287 in Lafayette.
