Musso's Restaurant is a diner-style spot on East US Highway 50 in Pueblo, serving breakfast and lunch. The website says Carl Musso opened it in 1991, drawing on his family's Sicilian sausage traditions and five generations of farming in Pueblo, and that it is now run by Lisa Musso-Marino. Pueblo green chile, including pork green chile made with chiles from the family farm, runs through much of the menu.
