Mi Mexico is a family-owned Mexican restaurant with a location at 3956 N Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. The brand traces its roots to a first restaurant opened in Bellingham, Washington, in 1991, and expanded into Colorado in 1999. It now has nine restaurants across the state.

The menu covers appetizers such as queso fundido, nachos, and shrimp ceviche, along with numbered combination plates, burritos, enchiladas suizas, sopes, and a taco platter with al pastor, asada, carnitas, and grilled chicken.
